"The epitome of the standards I hold customer service to! ✨ I was greeted the moment I entered their office, and taken care of the moment the gentleman finished his call. Unfortunately, they are facing the short end of demand due to being short staffed; but this didn't take away from the courtesy and hospitable assistance from all of the gentleman that I engaged with the day of my visit. Looking forward to returning!"

"Wes went above and beyond to diagnose my truck. He even brought in a transmission specialist at no extra charge, researched my warranty, recall notices, and service advisories (which he printed out for me). Additionally, he pointed me in the right direction if I wanted to try to get GM to cover the repair which might have worked had I not decided just to go and get a new car before it was too late to trade it in. I would also like to point out that he knew that I was a travel nurse who would be moving on to another state in a month. They totally could have screwed me over knowing that it would have been too difficult for me to have any recourse living in another state, but they didn't. In fact it was quite the opposite in spite of knowing that they would not be able to get any further business from me. If I lived here permanently then they would be my go-to people for any work I needed done on my car. That says a lot coming for me because I don't believe I have ever trusted a mechanic before."
